This course looks at what the Channel Islands are doing in the areas of Corporate Governance and regulation. It will also consider the main theories for the role of boards and how they are applied, as well as descriptions of the main committees that the UK Code now requires. The case study looks at CG failings in the collapse of Enron.

  • Learn how failure can occur when good CG is abandoned as in the case of ENRON
