Companies elearning

This course provides an introduction to the incorporation, use and ongoing administration of companies. In addition, it covers the various entities involved and includes an overview of the consequences of incorporation and the potential issues that may arise.

• Separate legal personality
• Types of companies and characteristics
• Members/shareholders, directors, company secretary
• Company incorporation and the Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Share capital, registers, dividends and the registered office

The course aims to give staff induction training to new starters, or to update existing employees’ training.
