CMI Level 3 Certificate In Principles Of Management And Leadership
Aimed at practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer and shift manager to achieve clearly defined outcomes.
CMI Level 5 Certificate In Management And Leadership
Aimed at practising middle managers who wish to develop their core management skills and practices. This qualification focuses on the personal development of the individual learner's management capabilities and competencies.
