This qualification is designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver the aims and objectives in line with the organisational strategy.

Assessment

Students pursuing the Level 5 Certificate must attend the whole programme and successfully complete two written assignments. Each assignment will include around 3,000 words and demonstrate how the delegate puts the learning into practice in the workplace to meet CMI assessment criteria.

 

 

CMI Membership

The CMI registration form should be completed at the same time as booking this course, so that the CMI Programme Manager can complete it and submit it to CMI. Please email your CMI registration form to ci-pd@bpp.com.

The CMI membership fee of £169 is included in the price of the qualification.
