The Principles of Management and Leadership qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer and shift manager to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.

This qualification is ideal for practising or aspiring managers, team leaders, supervisors, project officers, and shift managers. It caters to individuals at the start of their career who wish to become team leaders or supervisors, as well as those who already have practical experience and seek to enhance their theoretical understanding of management skills.

Assessment

Students pursuing the Level 3 Certificate must attend the whole programme and successfully complete two written assignments. Each assignment will include around 2,500 words and demonstrate how the delegate puts the learning into practice in the workplace to meet CMI assessment criteria.

 

 

 

 

CMI Membership

The CMI registration form should be completed at the same time as booking this course, so that the CMI Programme Manager can complete it and submit it to CMI. Please email your CMI registration form to ci-pd@bpp.com.

The CMI membership fee of £145 is included in the price of the qualification.
