Delegates then go on to complete the assignment for the CMI Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership.

Principles of Management and Leadership (Level 3)

The Principles of Management and Leadership qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer and shift manager to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.

Assessment

Students pursuing the Level 3 Certificate must attend the whole programme and successfully complete two written assignments. Each assignment will include around 2,500 words and demonstrate how the delegate puts the learning into practice in the workplace to meet CMI assessment criteria.
