Critical thinking
Professional Development
Overview
This session gives delegates a practical, professional grasp of critical thinking and how it improves decision quality. Participants will learn to distinguish deliberate analysis from reactive responses, recognise common cognitive biases and hidden assumptions, and assess the credibility of evidence and sources. They will also take away clear frameworks for structured questioning and methods to map alternatives and consequences, enabling them to make recommendations that are better argued, less risky, and easier to align around across teams.
