Elly began her career straight from higher education, joining Aztec Group in August 2018 as a trainee in fund accounting. Over the years, she progressed to the role of Financial Reporting Manager while successfully completing her ACCA qualification. During her time at Aztec, Elly regularly supported team development by delivering training sessions, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

Driven by a passion for helping others succeed, Elly transitioned into a tutoring role to take on a more supportive and meaningful position. She believes that people-focused work is at the heart of professional growth and is committed to guiding students through their learning journey.

Outside of work, Elly loves to travel and explore new places. She has explored much of Southeast Asia and enjoyed an unforgettable road trip across Europe. When at home, she enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes.
